Challenge # 3 ~ LCOM Sketch Reveal

Who doesn't love a great sketch?? I know that I do. That's why I am at Let's Capture These Sketches!!

This week the sketch was designed by Sara Slade. She has been on both the sketch team and the layout team. Here is the sketch we had to work with this week:

I just love how fresh and funky it is. I created the following layout based on this great sketch:

It features Paige kneeling in a huge hole we dug at the beach in Port Elgin. It was such a wonderful day for a beach visit with family.

I used a Crafter's Workshop Template and painted over it with a sponge brush and some yummy teal paint. I just love using templates. They add so much cool, funky details to any layout or card! Here is a close up:

Challenge: Now that the cooler weather is upon us here in Canada and the US I was thinking it would be nice to feel the warmth of a summer layout. Bring out the brights and create a layout.
