Challenge #29 ~ Fringe

I really love the look of fringe on a layout. In the following layout I cut a one inch trip of striped paper. I then cut along the lines, leaving a 1/4 inch border all along the length. I then used my fingernail to curl some of the strips to add dimension. After I was satisfied, I attached it to my layout and added some ribbon.

Challenge:
